以血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)为例,介绍一种新的临床统计学方法——莲花图检法(lotusplot,LP)。这是一种非参数统计法(non-parameterstatistics),它用均数、50百分位数作中位数、25百分位数到75百分位数的区间作集中度、5到95百分位数的区间为90%的分布范围、2.5到97.5百分位数的区间作95%的分布范围以及最大值和最小值等十个数值作图来描述资料的分布,确定参考值和建立质控图。在对男、女各70例正常人HDL-C处理后,表明LP法具有准确、简单、形象的特征,是临床可以应用的一种容易掌握和有价值的方法
Taking serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) as an example, a new clinical statistics method, lotus plot (LP), was introduced. This is a non-parametric statistical method, which uses the mean, the 50th percentile for the median, the 25th percentile to the 75th percentile for the concentration, and 5 to 95 percent. The distribution of quantiles is described as a distribution range of 90%, a distribution range of 2.5 to 97.5 percentile, a distribution range of 95%, and ten values such as the maximum and minimum values to describe the distribution of the data. Reference values and build quality control charts. After treatment of HDL-C in 70 healthy individuals of male and female, it showed that LP method was accurate, simple, and vivid. It is an easy-to-use and valuable method that can be applied clinically.
