随着人们对环保意识的不断提高,保护农业生态环境成为我国生态文明建设的关键内容,并且相继出台了多项农业生态环境保护的法律法规,建立了农业环境保护体系。但是,我国农业生态环境保护进度还有待提高,农业环境保护体系有待进一步完善。基于此,论述我国农业环境保护体系创新工程建设,从机构职能、科技发展及任务布局3个方面进行探讨。
As people continue to raise awareness of environmental protection, the protection of agricultural ecological environment has become the key content of China’s ecological civilization construction, and have promulgated a number of agricultural ecological environment laws and regulations, the establishment of the agricultural environment protection system. However, the progress of agro-ecological environment protection in our country still needs to be improved, and the agricultural environmental protection system needs to be further improved. Based on this, the paper discusses the construction of innovation system of agricultural environmental protection system in our country, and explores it from three aspects: institutional functions, technological development and task distribution.
