目的:建立四金胶囊的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对大黄、青皮、黄芩和黄连进行鉴别,用高效液相色谱法测定处方中大黄的有效成分大黄酚。结果:在薄层色谱中可检出大黄、青皮、黄芩和黄连;大黄酚在0.07~0.42μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),平均回收率为100.80%,RSD=2.54%。结论:本方法可准确地进行定性、定量检测,且专属性强,灵敏度高,重复性好;可用于四金胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Sijin Capsule. Methods: Rhubarb, Peel, Radix Scutellariae and Coptis chinensis were identified by thin layer chromatography. The active ingredient chrysophanol was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. RESULTS: Rhubarb, Cinnamomum, Astragalus membranaceus and Coptis chinensis could be detected by TLC. The chrysophanol showed good linearity in the range of 0.07-0.42 μg (r=0.9996). The average recovery was 100.80% and the RSD was 2.54%. Conclusion: The method can be used for qualitative and quantitative detection with high accuracy, high sensitivity and good repeatability. It can be used for the quality control of Sijin Capsule.
