Through the research, the suitable welding temperature and welding temperature of domestic 6061 aluminum alloy vacuum brazing were determined, the domestic vacuum brazing parameters of 6061 aluminum alloy and the parameters of heat treatment were worked out, and the domestic 6061 vacuum brazing mechanical property testing was carried out.
