为了摸清我市医用X线诊断工作者防护条件及健康状况,以采取卫生防护措施,1984年对医用X线诊断工作者的防护条件及职业危害进行了调查。 对象与方法 本次调查共选择了33个单位,48台医用X线机和81名医用X线诊断工作者,进行了辐射剂量测试和健康检查。根据每人工作日志,按归一化原则计算年平均接触剂量。同时选择31名不接触X线的健康工人作对照。监测方法按“放射防护规定”进行。监测仪器为国产FJ—347A(X=γ)射线仪。
