冬期施工,除有特殊功能要求的工程以外,一般工程均采用掺盐砂浆进行砌筑施工,即按砌体的类别、负温的条件配制盐水,作为拌和水加入砂浆内。要使水中盐的掺量符合要求,必须控制盐水的浓度。需要用密度计,甚至还要使用温度计,随时测定盐水密度,查出相应浓度的掺盐量。但目前现场施工不易掌握掺盐量,达不到预期的效果。现推荐一种易于操作人员掌握,而且能比较准确地控制掺盐量的施工方法。具体作法如下:1.在搅拌机棚内设一个2~4米~3水箱或其它柱体容器,下面生火,以加热拌和水。搅拌机注水管接通水桶,可直接注入搅拌机使用。2.在水箱的内壁面上竖向做出分格刻度标记,最好从最高液面到箱底做10等分。3.计算每一刻度格水的容积,并根据盐水浓度的要求计算出需加多少盐,即单位用盐量。
