房地产开发企业在和谐社区建设中具有重要作用,应该参与新型的城区管理。沈阳市大东区城建·东逸花园社区,对创建“三位一体”的新型社区管理模式进行了尝试和探讨,笔者认为对于和谐社区建设具有借鉴意义。
Real estate development enterprises in the construction of a harmonious community has an important role, it should be involved in the new urban management. The construction of Dongyi Garden Community in Dadong District of Shenyang City has tried and discussed the establishment of a new type of community management mode of “Trinity”. The author thinks that it has reference significance for the construction of harmonious community.
