以具有双折射性能的聚碳酸酯作为模型材料,进行自由斜角切削。采用光弹塑性的冻结切片法,对模型切削受力后的应力干涉条纹进行冻结,然后沿流屑剖面进行切片。为进一步研究斜角切削流屑剖面内的应力分布提供直观性强的干涉条纹图案。
Polycarbonate with birefringent properties was used as a model material for free bevel cutting. The photoelasto-plastic frozen slice method is used to freeze the stress interference fringes after the model cutting stress, and then slice along the flow profile. In order to further study the stress distribution in the bevel cutting flume section, an intuitive interference fringe pattern is provided.
