先天性三心房,是一种罕见的心脏畸形,我们在尸检中遇到一例。报告如下: 患儿男性,11月龄。于3月龄种牛痘后即反复发热,轻度腹泻,每日2～5次,蛋花样,带少量粘液,经多种抗菌素治疗,病情无好转。一度发生“肺炎”,高热、惊厥、呼吸困难、发绀等症状,经急救处理后好转,但仍发热、腹泻、气促而于7月龄入院治疗。 体查:慢性病容、消瘦,啼哭时发绀。体温37.8℃,呼吸62次/分,心率140次/分。前囱凹陷。左心前区隆起,心尖搏动弥散,胸骨左缘4、5肋间有Ⅲ级收缩期吹风样杂音,粗糙,并可触及猫喘。右肺呼吸音较弱。腹软,肝肋下2厘米,脾肋下1.5厘米。无杆状指、趾。

Physical examination: chronic disease, weight loss, cyanosis when crying. Body temperature 37.8 ℃, breathing 62 beats / min, heart rate 140 beats / min. Front chimney depression. Left anterior bulging, apex pulsation dispersion, sternal left intercostal 4,5 intercostal phase Ⅲ systolic hair-like murmur, rough, and can reach cat asthma. Right lung breath sounds weaker. Abdomen soft, liver ribs 2 cm, spleen ribs 1.5 cm. No rod-shaped fingers, toes.
