Based on the analysis of 400 pulse maps of Tibetan and Han healthy young people at different altitudes, this paper argues that the pulses of healthy Tibetan and Han nationality are smooth, flat, chord and slow. The main physiological parameters of the Tibetan and Han nationality veins in the Jiegu and Xining differed at different altitudes. The results showed that there are many Xuanxu young Xoxian and more Xuanlv Veins in Xining, and the reason of their formation is mainly related to the high altitude Hypoxia and cold environment are closely related to each other. There are also some differences among the ethnic groups, which are manifested as more Hanxian strings and more Tibetan slippery veins. Their formation is related to the cardiovascular response and compensatory mechanism after the plateau migration. Star differences, manifested as more male phlebotomies, more female Xuan mai, which may be related to differences in hemodynamics between men and women.
