本文对腐败现象产生的原因、现象做了一些透视分析,提出了惩治和预防的基本框架。进一步加大制度建设的力度,变同体监督为异体监督,逐步探索形成适合中国特色社会主义的权力架构。
This paper analyzes the causes and phenomena of corruption and provides the basic framework for punishment and prevention. We will further increase the intensity of system construction, change the supervision of the same type of body to the supervision of allogeneic bodies, and gradually explore the power structure for the formation of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
