文学是人学,尤其是小说,其核心任务就是通过塑造人物来表现作品的主题,揭示生活的本质,表达作者的审美意识、美学观点。因此,对人物形象的理解和分析就成为小说阅读的考查热点。而鉴赏人物形象,一般分“三步走”:首先,从人物的肖像描写、动作描写、语言描写、心理描写等入手,了解人物的外貌、心理、性格等;其次,通过作品对人物的种种描写,把握人物的思想品质、精神风貌;最后,体悟作者的创作意图,从作者所揭示的作品主题和情感倾向中去认识人物形象的意义和作用。下面主要以2010年高考试题为例,分类简析其设题方式及答题策略。
