组织细胞增生症X是一类原因不明的疾病。以组织细胞异常增生及全身各器官均可受累为特点。临床上分为弥漫性(急性型为Letterer-Siwe综合征,慢性型为Hand-Sohubller-Christian综合征)和局限性(嗜酸性肉芽肿)两大类。本文将三所医院近年收治的弥漫性组织细胞增生症X7例(急性型6例,慢性型1型)报告如下。
Histocytosis X is a type of unexplained disease. To abnormal cell proliferation and body organs can be involved as a feature. Clinically divided into diffuse (acute type Letterer-Siwe syndrome, chronic type is Hand-Sohubller-Christian syndrome) and limitations (eosinophilic granuloma) two broad categories. In this paper, three hospitals in recent years were treated diffuse histiocytosis X7 cases (acute type 6 cases, chronic type 1) report as follows.
