February 9, 2007 On February 8, 2007, China Securities Regulatory Commission held a working conference on securities regulatory system to crack down on illegal securities activities and implemented the Notice of the State Council on Cracking Down on Illegal Issuance of Stocks and Illegally Operating Securities Business Issued [2006] No. 99) spirit, the full deployment of securities regulatory system to combat illegal securities activities.
