当前,中国经济社会处在转轨和快速发展时期,也是腐败高发时期。腐败泛化已经成为一种社会存在,必须正视现实,深入研究腐败泛化问题,以利于反腐败斗争的顺利推进。
At present, China’s economy and society are in a period of transition and rapid development. They are also periods of high corruption. The generalization of corruption has become a kind of social existence. We must face the reality and study the problem of generalization of corruption in order to facilitate the smooth progress of the anti-corruption struggle.
