青光眼滤过术后瘢痕形成是导致手术失败的主要原因,而细胞表型转化是这一过程中的重要事件。我们就细胞表型转化在青光眼术后组织重塑中的作用以及其在应用方面的研究作一综述。
Glaucoma filtration scarring after surgery is the leading cause of surgical failure, and cell phenotypic transformation is an important event in this process. We review the role of cell phenotype transformation in postoperative tissue remodeling of glaucoma and its application in the study.
