以某高速公路悬臂浇筑桥梁混凝土厚度及密实性检测为依托,对冲击回波法在现浇混凝土箱梁厚度及密实性无损检测中的应用进行了深入研究,结果表明:利用冲击回波法无损检测结果中的频谱曲线,可以得到被测混凝土构件的厚度和内部密实情况,且检测结果与取芯验证结果基本一致,完全可以满足实际工程检测精度要求;此外该方法尤其适用于像现浇混凝土箱梁这种封闭结构或只具有单一检测面的结构,推广应用前景较好。
