2015年初,伊朗的年轻法官纳吉扎德多次写信给总统,恳求他同意用读书的形式代替刑罚。经过几个月的努力,伊朗政府终于被说服,宣布实施新法例——“书刑”。书刑推行不久,全国上下欢声一片,数万网友为纳吉扎德的提议点赞。28岁的纳吉扎德毕业于德黑兰大学法学院,博学多才。从上班第一天起,他就发誓一定要做一个有责任心的法官。五年来,他成功代理了500多起刑事案件,成了萨兰赫赫有名的年轻法官。
At the beginning of 2015, Iran’s young Judge Nagiarde wrote to the President on many occasions, begging him to agree to replace the sentence by reading a book. After months of hard work, the Iranian government was finally persuaded to announce the implementation of the new law - “Book Punishment”. Shortly after the introduction of the book punishments, the whole country was full of cheers, with tens of thousands of netizens praising Nagy-Zadud’s proposal. 28-year-old Nagy Zhad graduated from Tehran University Law School, learned a lot. From the first day of his work, he vowed to be a responsible judge. Over the past five years, he successfully represented more than 500 criminal cases and became the famous young judge of Sahran.
