2003年在荷兰禽流感爆发期间,感染的89个人中,88例患有结膜炎,1例因肺炎死亡。本研究综述比较在致死性病例(FC)病毒与结膜炎病例(CC)病毒间的生物学差异,以探究病毒的病原性与发病机制。显著的差异在于FC病毒主要结合于下呼吸道的终末端,包括肺泡。攻击1型、2型肺细胞与肺泡巨噬细胞。用FC病毒接种小鼠,其肺病毒滴度比CC病毒高1 000倍,且播散到脾、肝、肾及脑。FC病毒的血凝素(HA)基因是病毒全身性播散的决定基,FC病毒在碱性多聚酶2(PB2)上627位的赖氨酸(E627K)是毒力的主要决定基。
Of the 89 individuals infected during the 2003 avian influenza outbreak in the Netherlands, 88 had conjunctivitis and 1 died of pneumonia. This review summarizes the biological differences between virulent (FC) and conjunctival (CC) viruses in order to explore the pathogenesis and pathogenesis of the virus. The significant difference is that the FC virus binds mainly to the ends of the lower respiratory tract, including the alveoli. Attacks Type 1, Type 2 and alveolar macrophages. Inoculated with FC virus in mice, the virus titer than the CC virus 1000 times higher, and disseminated to the spleen, liver, kidney and brain. The hemagglutinin (HA) gene of FC virus is the determinant of systemic spread of the virus. The lysine (E627K) at position 627 of FC virus on alkaline polymerase 2 (PB2) is the major determinant of virulence.
