作者就赫兹应力和旋转弯曲应力联合作用下的接触疲劳进行实验研究。实验结果表明:弯曲应力的存在对于接触疲劳寿命产生显著的影响。 根据实验结果,作者对于计算接触疲劳的几种强度准则的适用性进行分析,并指出以最大表面剪切应力作为决定应力比其它应力分量更为合适,接触疲劳可能发源于金属表面。
The authors study the contact fatigue under the combined effect of Hertz stress and rotational bending stress. The experimental results show that the existence of bending stress has a significant impact on the contact fatigue life. According to the experimental results, the author analyzes the applicability of several strength criteria for calculating contact fatigue. It is pointed out that the maximum surface shear stress is more suitable for determining stress than other stress components, and the contact fatigue may originate from the metal surface.
