针对六硝基茋(HNS)生产废水色度高、毒性大等特点,选用低成本、高效率且无二次污染的微生物方法对其进行处理。从生活污水中筛选得到一株对HNS废水具有较好脱色效果的好氧菌WH2,革兰氏染色观察确定为革兰氏阴性杆状细菌。采用WH2菌脱色处理HNS废水,确定了达到最佳脱色效果的实验条件为:培养温度32~36℃、pH值6.0~7.5、培养时间60h左右,最适菌液投加量为在浓度为10%的100mL废水中加入30mL菌液。处理后废水色度的去除率达到97.3%,COD去除率达到88.7%。实验证明用微生物脱色处理HNS生产废水是可行的,有着良好的应用前景。
In view of the high chroma and high toxicity of HNS wastewater, low-cost, high-efficiency and non-polluting microorganisms are selected for its treatment. An aerobic fungus WH2 which has a better decolorizing effect on HNS wastewater was screened from domestic sewage, and Gram stain was confirmed as Gram-negative bacilli. WH2 decolorization HNS wastewater treatment to determine the best decolorization effect of the experimental conditions: temperature 32 ~ 36 ℃, pH value of 6.0 to 7.5, the incubation time of about 60h, the optimum amount of bacteria solution at a concentration of 10 % Of the 100mL wastewater was added 30mL bacterial liquid. After treatment, the removal rate of wastewater color reached 97.3% and COD removal rate reached 88.7%. Experiments show that microbial wastewater treatment HNS production is feasible and has good application prospects.
