机床系列铸造产品中,滑枕类铸件是行业内普遍认可的难点,原因为以下4点:①产品各个面均要求加工,出现缺陷后基本无法挽救;②内腔结构复杂、外观、尺寸精度要求较高;③针对树脂砂造型技术,高温铁液进入型腔后导致大量气体爆发式散发,铸件气孔类缺陷难于攻克;④产品形状和综合成本决定,该产品无法放置大量“集渣包”等工艺措施,导致铁液中液态渣、浇注系统中杂物等进入产品导致“夹杂”类缺陷难于攻克。
