“走,去创业吧,趁我们还年轻!”“走,去创新吧,趁我们还有激情!”这是创业者们的心声,更是这个时代的最强音。为推进大众创业、万众创新,自2015年以来,一系列鼓励创业、扶持创新的政策密集推出。2015年3月,国务院办公厅印发《关于发展众创空间推进大众创新创业的指导意见》;6月,国务院出台《关于大力推进大众创业万众创新若干政策措施的意见》;9月,国务院出台《关于加快构建大众创业万众创新支撑平台的指导意见》,从顶层对“双创”工作给予了制度设计和政策规范。

To promote public entrepreneurship and create new innovations, a series of policies have been launched to encourage entrepreneurship and support innovation since 2015. In March 2015, the General Office of the State Council promulgated the Guiding Opinions on Developing Chongzuo Space to Promote Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Mass. In June, the State Council promulgated the Opinions on Vigorously Promoting the Innovation and Pivotal Innovation of Public Entities. In September, the State Council promulgated the “ Guiding Opinions on Speeding up the Construction of a Platform for Innovation and Support for Public Entrepreneurship ”, which has given system design and policy norms to work on“ double creation ”from the top.
