从2005年开始,中国纺织行业进入了“后配额时代”。 这对于整个纺织行业来说,既是机遇,更是挑战。到2020 年,我国将全面实现工业化。届时,中国将从现在的世界 纺织大国建设成现代化纺织强国。实现现代化纺织强国的 目标,不仅意味着纺织工业生产力得到跨越式的发展,产 业结构得到历史性提升,而且意味着纺织工业的企业文化 获得巨大进步。企业文化和企业核心竞争力的提升是相辅 相成的。建设先进的企业文化,促进纺织产业升级是未来 纺织行业的一项重要课题。
Since 2005, China’s textile industry has entered a “post-quota era.” This is an opportunity and a challenge to the entire textile industry. By 2020, China will fully realize its industrialization. By then, China will build itself into a modern textile power from the current world textile power. To achieve the goal of modernizing the textile powerhouse not only means that the productivity of the textile industry has been leapfrogged, historic upgrading of the industrial structure has been achieved, but also tremendous progress has been made in the corporate culture of the textile industry. Corporate culture and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises are complementary. Building an advanced corporate culture and promoting the upgrading of the textile industry is an important issue for the textile industry in the future.
