构建了数控机床远程测控系统,系统采用底层、中间层和顶层的3层拓扑结构,研发了一种基于TMS320LF2407 DSP的数控机床远程测控仪,详细介绍了该测控仪的硬件和软件设计,并且在数控机床远程控制平台上进行直线插补和圆弧插补等插补精度的实时远程测试与误差分析。
A remote monitoring and control system of CNC machine tool was constructed. The system adopted a 3-layer topology of bottom, middle and top layers. A remote controller for CNC machine tools based on TMS320LF2407 DSP was developed. The hardware and software design of the controller was introduced in detail. Real-time remote testing and error analysis of interpolation precision such as linear interpolation and circular interpolation are carried out on CNC machine remote control platform.
