槐耳是一种珍稀药用菌,多糖是药用菌中重要的活性成分。本实验利用冷碱法、热碱法、普通法、高温高压法分别提取槐耳多糖,通过DPPH法测定其抗氧化性,比较不同组分多糖抗氧化性的强弱。结果表明经过脱蛋白处理的高温高压分级醇沉法提取的二级多糖,其多糖含量最高(41.32%),一级多糖抗氧化性最强(54.73%),初步得知槐耳多糖是一种有效的天然抗氧化物质。
Huaer is a rare medicinal mushroom, polysaccharide is an important active ingredient in medicinal fungi. In this experiment, the polysaccharide was isolated from Carambola by cold-alkali method, hot-alkali method, common method and high-temperature high-pressure method. The antioxidant activity of polysaccharide was determined by DPPH method. The results showed that polysaccharide content of polysaccharide was the highest (41.32%) and polysaccharide of highest level (54.73%) after deproteinization by high temperature and high pressure gravimetric alcohol precipitation. It was preliminarily found that polysaccharide was a kind of polysaccharides Effective natural antioxidants.
