本研究通过对促超排卵患者血及卵泡液中肾素活性和血管紧张素 II浓度变化 ,探讨卵巢源肾素 -血管紧张素系统对卵泡发育的影响。研究对象为接受体外受精 -胚胎移植患者 ,共 2 0个治疗周期。分别于人绒毛膜促性腺激素 (h CG)注射日、取卵日、移植日采血 ,取卵日收集卵泡液 ,测定雌二醇、孕酮、睾酮、血管紧张素 II(ANG II)浓度及肾素活性 (RA)。结果 :取卵日和移植日血 RA、ANG II明显高于 h CG注射日 ;卵泡液各激素水平明显高于外周血浓度 ;卵泡液、外周血 RA与 ANG II均呈直线正相关 ,卵泡液 ANG II与孕酮 (P)呈显著负相关 ,与所取出的 III级以上卵母细胞数目呈显著正相关。结果表明 ,外源应用 h CG可以激活卵巢肾素 -血管紧张素系统 ,促超排卵周期卵泡液中高水平的RA、ANG II可能与卵泡发育、卵母细胞成熟有关。
In this study, we investigated the effect of ovarian renin-angiotensin system on the development of follicles by observing the changes of renin activity and angiotensin II concentration in blood and follicular fluid during superovulation. Subjects underwent in vitro fertilization - embryo transfer patients, a total of 20 cycles of treatment. The follicular fluid was collected on h CG injection day, ovulation day and transplantation day respectively. The concentrations of estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, angiotensin II (ANG II) Renin activity (RA). Results: The levels of RA and ANG II on ovulation day and transplantation day were significantly higher than those on h CG injection day. The levels of various hormones in follicular fluid were significantly higher than those in peripheral blood. The levels of follicular fluid and peripheral blood RA were positively correlated with ANG II, There was a significant negative correlation between ANG II and progesterone (P), and there was a significant positive correlation between ANG II and the number of oocytes above grade III. The results showed that exogenous application of hCG can activate the ovarian renin-angiotensin system and promote high levels of RA and ANG II in the follicular fluid during the superovulation, which may be related to follicular development and oocyte maturation.
