In the past few decades, most cities in Berlin and Europe have experienced resident evacuation. Part of the reason for this trend is due to the advances in communication systems that have made cities consider the city as a single work area. Residents out of the city brought about the consequences of the continuous development of the surrounding countryside. This raises the question of whether the urban structure formed in the nineteenth century could be modified or updated to upgrade the city to a place where people are both working and living. Reinforcing the overburden of an old brewery and connecting it to three new buildings to create a specific outdoor space layout.
