目的探讨低强度高温和噪声联合作用是否加重噪声对作业者听力的影响。方法选择4组组间基本均衡的现场作业工人按噪声作业体检项目进行职业健康检查,并进行现场噪声、高温检测。分析4组研究对象听力水平的差异。结果单纯噪声组、高温噪声组与对照组之间相比,单纯噪声组与单纯高温组两组之间相比,高温噪声组与单纯高温组两组之间相比,语频听阈和高频听阈差异均有统计学意义。高温噪声组的语频听阈和高频听阈与单纯噪声组相比,差异均无统计学意义。结论低强度高温和噪声的联合作用对听力的影响不明显,并未加重噪声对作业者听力的损伤。
Objective To investigate whether the combined effect of low intensity, high temperature and noise aggravates the influence of noise on the operator’s hearing. Methods The field work workers who basically balanced among the four groups were selected to carry out occupational health examination according to the noise operation medical examination items and carried out on-site noise and high temperature detection. The differences of hearing ability between the four groups were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the noise-only group and the high-temperature noise group showed no significant difference between the two groups at high-temperature noise group and the simple high-temperature group Listening threshold differences were statistically significant. There was no significant difference in the threshold of audio frequency and high-frequency threshold between high-noise group and pure noise group. Conclusion The combined effect of low intensity, high temperature and noise has no significant effect on hearing, and it does not increase the hearing impairment of noise.
