红黄通脉冲剂(HHTM)的主要有效部位为黄酮类化合物。HHTM100mg·kg-1(以所含总黄酮计)po给药,对乌头碱诱发大鼠室性心律失常、肾上腺素诱发家兔室性心律失常及引起小鼠室颤有明显的对抗作用,明显提高肾上腺素和乌头碱致室性早搏的阈剂量,减少氯仿致小鼠室颤的发生率。对哇巴因诱发豚鼠的心律失常无明显对抗作用
