本文对计算矿井提升设备不滑动条件的影响进行了探讨。主要研究了重物提升与下放时提升机起动和制动过程中钢绳应力波动情况的影响。结论是:按不滑动条件计算矿井提升设备的方法,需要考虑以下因素。1、按过卷和不滑动条件所规定的减速度值之间的误差增大。2、重物下放时,不允许钢绳产生瞬时滑动,而且不得采用滑动时摩擦系数降低的衬垫。3、提升容器的误差有可能过载。4、如果提升设备上没有扑提器,即使矿井提升设备规定的工作制不是重物下放,但也不应排除这种情况。5、如未采取措施,在制动时产生的应力波动与制动前存在的应力波动,则有可能发生不利的重合。提升设备经调整后进行试验时,必须以重物下放时最繁重的工作条件对安全制动进行检验。
In this paper, the influence of non-slip condition of mine hoisting equipment is discussed. This paper mainly studies the influence of the stress fluctuation of the steel wire rope during the starting and braking of the hoisting machine when the heavy objects are lifting and dropping. The conclusion is that the following factors need to be taken into account for the method of calculating mine hoisting equipment by non-slip conditions. 1, according to the volume and non-slip condition provides deceleration between the value of the error increases. 2, heavy objects down, does not allow the rope to produce instantaneous sliding, and may not be used when sliding coefficient of friction lining. 3, to enhance the error of the container may be overloaded. 4. If there is no ejector on the hoisting equipment, even if the working system specified in the hoisting equipment of the mine is not a heavy item, it should not be excluded. 5. If no measures are taken, there is a possibility of unfavorable coincidence when the stress fluctuation generated during braking and the stress fluctuation existing before braking. When the lifting equipment is adjusted for testing, the safety brake must be checked with the heaviest working conditions when heavy objects are lowered.
