目的 观察腹腔注射不同剂量新斯的明(neostigmine,N)对小鼠切口愈合的影响.方法 将昆明种小鼠随机分为4组(n=10):生理盐水(NS)组、新斯的明17.5μg·kg-1、35μg·kg-1和70μg·kg-1(N17.5、N35、N70)组.N17.5、N35、N70组分别于切皮前10min腹腔注射相应剂量新斯的明,NS组注射等容积生理盐水.切皮72h后测量各组小鼠的切口长度及体重增加量,记录各组小鼠切口平均愈合天数并计算每天的切口累计愈合率.结果 与NS组相比,72h后N35组、N70组的切口长度缩短(P<0.05,P<0.01),其中N70组的切口长度明显缩短,N17.5组、N35组与N70组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);N17.5组、N35组和N70组切口平均愈合天数缩短(P<0.05),每天切口累计愈合率均高于NS组,其中N70组最高.结论 35μg·kg-1、70μg·kg-1新斯的明对小鼠切口愈合有促进作用,17.5μg·kg-1新斯的明无明显促进作用.“,”Objective To observe the effects of different doses of intraperitoneal injection of neostigmine on incision healing in mice.Methods Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups(n=10): a normal saline(NS) group,and neostigmine 17.5 μg· kg-1,35 μg· kg-1,70 μg· kg-1(N17.5、N35、N70)groups.Corresponding doses of neostigmine were intraperitoneally injected in the N 17.5,N35,and N70groups 10 min before skin incising,while the same volume of NS was administered in the NS group.The incision length and weight increase were measured 72 h after opera-tion.The average incision healing time in each group was recorded and the daily cumulative incision healing rate was cal -culated.Results Compared with the NS group,the incision length was shortened in the N 35and N70groups 72 h after the operation(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The incision length was shortened more obviously in the N 17.5and N35groups than that in the N70group(P<0.01).The average incision healing time in the N 17.5, N35and N70groups were decreased, compared with the NS group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the daily cumulative incision healing rate in the N 17.5,N35and N70 groups was higher than that in the NS group, where the N70group showed the highest healing rate.Conclusions Neostigmine at 35 and 70 μg· kg-1can promote incision healing in mice,while no obvious improvement was observed in mice receiving 17.5 μg· kg-1neostigmine.
