名师,除了要有过硬的教学技能,更需要在更广的范围内思考教师的职责和素质,研究教学对象和课程改革。日前,上海商学院职教名师培养基地以中职教师专业化发展为切入点,以论坛形式引发了学员对中职教师的素质内涵、新时期中职教师的使命和责任、提高自身专业能力和教学能力的途径、中职教师的特点和发展方向等问题的思考。虽然只是部分中职教师的所思所想,但推而广之,这些也正是所有成长发展中的教师应该思考、回答的问题。
