为了研究ＨＳＰ７０在食管鳞癌中的表达及与Ｐ糖蛋白、ＰＣＮＡ表达的关系，采用ＳＰ免疫组化法，检测了４０例食管鳞癌组织中ＨＳＰ７０、Ｐ糖蛋白及ＰＣＮＡ的表达情况。结果在食管鳞癌组织中，ＨＳＰ７０表达阳性率为５７．５％（２３／４０），Ｐ糖蛋白的阳性率为４０．０％，ＰＣＮＡ的阳性率为６２．５％。ＨＳＰ７０阳性等级与Ｐ糖蛋白的阳性等级具有相关性（Ｐ＜０．０５），而与ＰＣＮＡ的阳性等级具有密切相关性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结果表明食管鳞癌是ＨＳＰ７０、Ｐ糖蛋白高表达的肿瘤。食管鳞癌中ＨＳＰ７０的表达与Ｐ糖蛋白的表达存在着一定相关性。在细胞增殖过程中，ＨＳＰ７０起着一定的作用，有可能成为判定食管鳞癌增殖的指标。
In order to study the expression of HSP70 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and the relationship with P glycoprotein and PCNA expression, SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of HSP70, P glycoprotein and PCNA in 40 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Results In esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, the positive rate of HSP70 expression was 57.5% (23/40), the positive rate of P glycoprotein was 40.0%, and the positive rate of PCNA was 62.5%. The positive grade of HSP70 was correlated with the positive grade of P glycoprotein (P<0.05), but was closely related to the positive grade of PCNA (P<0.01). The results showed that esophageal squamous cell carcinoma is a tumor with high expression of HSP70 and P glycoprotein. There is a certain correlation between the expression of HSP70 and the expression of P glycoprotein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. In the process of cell proliferation, HSP70 plays a certain role and may become an indicator of the proliferation of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
