将β-羧乙基锗倍半氧化物(Ge-132)同5-氟尿嘧啶相结合,合成了β-(N-5-氟尿嘧啶-N1)酰胺基乙基锗倍半氧化物,用元素分析、红外光谱(IR)等方法确定了其组成和结构。IR光谱中出现800~900cm-1的强γGe-O特征振动吸收峰。该化合物结构新颖,兼具5-氟尿嘧啶和Ge-132的主要结构特征,相信将具有更好的抗癌作用。
Β- (N-5-fluorouracil-N1) amidoethylgermanium sesquioxide was synthesized by combining β-carboxyethylgermanium sesquioxide (Ge-132) with 5- fluorouracil. Infrared spectroscopy (IR) and other methods to determine the composition and structure. The strong γGe-O characteristic vibrational absorption peak of 800 ~ 900cm-1 appears in the IR spectrum. The novel structure of the compound, with the main structural features of 5-fluorouracil and Ge-132, is believed to have a better anti-cancer effect.
