经典的煤炭水分测量方法是烘干法,它操作过程长,需要经过制样、称量、烘干及计算等步骤,虽然可提供可靠的测量数据,但不能适应生产过程中的在线测量。为此,我们研制了一台便携式微电脑中子水分仪,它在精度、快速及稳定可靠等指标方面向前迈进了一步。我们深信,它将在煤炭工业上得到推广应用,并在其它工业领域也有推广应用的市场。
The classic method of measuring the moisture content of coal is the drying method, which requires long periods of operation and requires steps of sample preparation, weighing, drying and calculation. Although it provides reliable measurement data, it can not be adapted to the online measurement in the production process. To this end, we have developed a portable microcomputer neutron moisture meter, which in terms of accuracy, speed and stability and other indicators one step forward. We are convinced that it will be popularized and applied in the coal industry and there are also markets for its promotion and application in other industrial fields.
