铬鞣革屑为制革行业固体废弃物,因含有一定量的铬离子,其再利用受到严格限制,而用于油田堵水调剖的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶一般采用铬离子为交联剂,以此为依据,二者结合可以将铬鞣革屑用于制备油田堵水凝胶,利用其纤维韧性及含有铬离子的特性,起到增强剂及补铬剂的作用。研究采用铬鞣革屑与聚丙烯酰胺及其它助剂制备出堵水凝胶,考察铬革屑对聚丙烯酰胺复合凝胶性能的影响。结果表明:以聚丙烯酰胺质量浓度为0.5%,铬革屑添加量为质量浓度1.5%时,凝胶强度最好。

Chromium-based leather shavings, polyacrylamide and other additives were used to prepare water blocking hydrogels. The effects of chromium shavings on the properties of polyacrylamide composite gels were investigated. The results showed that when the concentration of polyacrylamide was 0.5% and the content of chrome shavings was 1.5%, the gel strength was the best.
