从上个世纪八九十年代到现在,我国各个制造企业引进世界上最先进的信息系统:CAD/CAM,PDM,ERP,CRM,PLM,OA。但现在我们的创新能力还是在低水平徘徊,各种各样的系统带来的是更为分散的管理,信息的孤岛越来越严重。航空制造业一直都是制造业中的技术领先者,往往会装备最先进的软硬件系统,拥有一流的人才,可是同样的困境也困扰着航空制造企业的管理者。日前,北京宇航计算机软件有限公司使用法国Missler Software公司开发的Topsolid CAD/CAM系统在某航空企业做了一个以“整合现有CAO/CAM资源,打通设计到制造信息瓶颈”为目标的实验,取得了比较理想的效果,让我们共同分享这个实验。
From the 1980s and 1990s to the present, various manufacturing enterprises in our country have introduced the most advanced information systems in the world: CAD / CAM, PDM, ERP, CRM, PLM and OA. But now our ability to innovate is still hovering at a low level. A variety of systems have brought about more diversified management and more and more isolated islands of information. Aviation manufacturing has always been a technological leader in manufacturing, often equipped with state-of-the-art hardware and software systems and first-rate talent, but the same predicament bothers aviation managers. Recently, Beijing Aerospace Computer Software Co., Ltd. made use of the Topsolid CAD / CAM system developed by Missler Software of France to make an experiment in an aviation enterprise with the goal of “integrating the existing CAO / CAM resources and opening up the design to the manufacturing information bottleneck” The ideal result, let us share this experiment.
