地中海贫血国内多见于华南,华北较少见,我省尚未见报道。1980年我们见到祖籍河北省的成人A_2地中海贫血,曾误诊为缺铁性贫血,提示我省也有地中海贫血,现予报道。病例报告患者,女,26岁,河北省石家庄市人,汉族(住院号A0024946),因妊娠7个月,面色苍白,乏力3个月于1980年11月30日入院。患者于妊娠40天时曾有恶心,择食等轻度妊娠反应,旋即恢复。入院前3个月面色逐渐苍白,进行性无力,头晕。曾用维生素B_(12)、叶
