1988年6月15～17日,冶金部在常州冶金机械厂召开了1988年度安全统计工作会议。28个省、市、自治区冶金厅(局、总公司),十大钢铁公司、黄金总公司、冶金部安全环保研究院的代表参加了会议,冶金部安全环保司的有关领导主持会议并作了指示。会议主要议题是:讨论并解决改革开放
