4例恶性胃类癌术前均被误诊为胃癌或胃溃疡.所有病灶均在术后经免疫组化确诊,肿瘤平均直径3.8cm,浸润深度为深肌层以上(1例至深肌层,3例至浆膜或浆膜外),均伴有周围淋巴结转移,3例有肝弥漫性转移(其中2例发生于手术半年后),根治性切除3例,姑息性切除1例,1例死于术后并发症,其余3例平均存活22月。
Four cases of malignant gastric cancer were misdiagnosed as gastric cancer or gastric ulcer before operation. All lesions were diagnosed by immunohistochemistry after operation. The average diameter of the tumor was 3.8cm, and the depth of invasion was deep muscle layer (1 case to deep muscle layer). Out of 3 cases to the serosa or serosa outside, all were accompanied by peripheral lymph node metastases, 3 cases had diffuse liver metastases (2 cases occurred after 6 months of surgery), radical resection in 3 cases, palliative resection in 1 case, and 1 case He died of postoperative complications and the remaining 3 patients survived for an average of 22 months.
