虚拟社区是互联网使用户互动后产生的一种社会群体,它利用Web2.0技术为社区用户提供信息交互平台。虚拟社区作为目前最流行的交流互动系统,被应用到多种社会领域。但是,在虚拟社区给个人和企、事业单位带来便利与发展优势的同时,可能产生如信息超载、责任不明确、可操控性差等问题。因而,从完善管理制度、正确引导网络舆论、营造良好社区文化、注重社区成员均衡发展、提高社区凝聚力、加强社区个性化舞台建设这六方面来改善虚拟社区状况能更好地促进其发展。
The virtual community is a kind of social group that the Internet makes users interact with. It uses Web2.0 technology to provide information exchange platform for community users. As the most popular interactive system at present, the virtual community has been applied to various social fields. However, while virtual communities bring advantages of convenience and development to individuals, enterprises and public institutions, problems such as overloading of information, unclear responsibilities and poor controllability may arise. Therefore, it is better to improve the situation of the virtual community by improving the management system, guiding the public opinion on the net correctly, creating a good community culture, paying attention to the balanced development of the community members, enhancing the cohesion of the community and strengthening the individual stage construction of the community.
