我院进口意大利产CENTURY多温高频铸造机在使用中出现了两例故障,由于无电气原理图,故给检修带来了一定困难,现就出现的两例故障介绍给同行,供维修参考.例一故障现象:总电源按钮被按动之后能够启动,按动熔解按钮听不到以往正常工作情况下出现的“拍”声(继电器吸合声)也看不到熔解按钮上的指示灯亮,即机器没能进行熔解工作.检查与分析:打开机器外壳,在电源接通下仔细检查各部位接头(请注意安全),结果未发现异常.而发现冷却用水强制循环泵在转动,但是透明塑料管内只有大半段水在晃动,经了解是在更换冷却用蒸馏水后才出现这一现象.这说明在灌注冷却用蒸馏水时,离心泵中留有空气,故转动时水得不到循环.该铸造机工作线圈采用泵强制水循环冷却方式,为防止无水循环冷却情况下机器进入熔解程序,造成工作线圈在高频涡流作用下自

Found that the cooling water forced circulation pump is rotating, but transparent Only half of the water in the plastic pipe is shaking. It is understood that this phenomenon occurs only after the replacement of cooling distilled water. This shows that when the distilled water for cooling is poured, air is left in the centrifugal pump, so the water does not circulate during rotation. The working coil of the casting machine adopts the forced circulation cooling method of the pump, in order to prevent the machine from entering the melting process under the condition of no water circulation cooling, resulting in that the working coil is under the action of the high-frequency vortex.
