45℃加热10分钟可以杀死50%的中国白鼠卵巢(CHO)细胞和57%的Hela细胞。热休克也强烈地抑制RNA的合成,使细胞内RNA水平急剧降低。hathernBlot对HSP70mRNA的分析表明热休克并不影响细胞内已有的少量HSP70mRNA。但热休克后HSP70mRNA的合成会迅速增加。这将改变细胞的生长调控和促进受损细胞的快速增长。
Heating at 45°C for 10 minutes killed 50% of Chinese Cholesterol (CHO) cells and 57% of Hela cells. Heat shock also strongly inhibits RNA synthesis and drastically reduces intracellular RNA levels. The analysis of HSP70 mRNA by hathernBlot showed that heat shock does not affect the small amount of HSP70 mRNA already in the cell. However, HSP70 mRNA synthesis rapidly increases after heat shock. This will change the regulation of cell growth and promote the rapid growth of damaged cells.
