研究粉防己碱(Tet)对两肾一夹型肾性高血压大鼠(2K1C RHR)收缩压和红细胞内总钙含量(采用原子吸收分光光度法测定)的影响,并与尼群地平(NT)和巯甲丙脯酸(Cap)进行了比较。结果表明,2K1CRHR 红细胞内总钙含量明显高于正常大鼠(分别为222±38和96±20μmol/L cells);Tet、NT 和 Cap 均能显著降低2K1C RHR 收缩压和红细胞内总钙含量。提示这些药物的降压作用均与降低血管平滑肌细胞内钙含量有关。
To investigate the effect of tetrandrine (Tet) on systolic blood pressure and total intracellular calcium content in erythrocytes (measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry) in two-kidney and one-clip type renal hypertensive rats (2K1C RHR), and with nitrendipine (NT) Comparing with capric acid (Cap). The results showed that the total calcium content of 2K1CRHR erythrocytes was significantly higher than that of normal rats (222±38 and 96±20 μmol/L cells, respectively); Tet, NT, and Cap could significantly reduce the systolic blood pressure and total intracellular calcium content of 2K1C RHR. It is suggested that the antihypertensive effects of these drugs are related to the reduction of intracellular calcium content in vascular smooth muscle cells.
