省政府办公厅:为了贯彻落实省委、省人民政府《关于贯彻〈中共中央国务院关于进一步做好下岗失业人员再就业工作的通知〉的意见》(粤发[2002]15号)的精神,规范和加强我省下岗失业人员小额担保贷款基金的使用和管理,我们拟在转发《中国人民银行财政部国家经贸委劳动和社会保障部关于印发〈下岗失业
General Office of the Provincial Government: In order to implement the spirit of the “Opinions on Carrying out the Circular of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Further Re-employment of Unemployed Unemployed Workers” (Yue Fa [2002] No. 15) issued by the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Government, And to strengthen the use and management of the microfinance loan fund for the laid-off workers in our province, we intend to forward the report of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the State Economic and Trade Commission under the Ministry of Finance of the People's Bank of China on Issuing the Unemployed
