通过将带有不饱和双键的茂化合物(对-(1-环戊二烯甲基)-苯乙烯)与苯乙烯、二乙烯基苯进行共聚,再与乙基锂反应,最后与钛酸四丁酯络合的方法合成负载茂钛催化剂.利用红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振谱(1HNMR)、元素分析和光电子能谱(XPS)对所得产物的结构进行了分析与表征.结果表明,所得负载催化剂主要为对位取代功能化载体催化剂,用等离子体发射光谱(ICP)测定金属Ti的含量为1.19%(质量分数),此催化剂可用于苯乙烯的定向聚合.
By copolymerizing the macrocyclic compound (p- (1-cyclopentadienylmethyl) -styrene) with styrene and divinylbenzene with unsaturated double bond and then reacting with ethyllithium and finally with titanic acid Tetrabutyl titanate to synthesize a supported titanocene catalyst.The structure of the obtained product was analyzed and characterized by IR, 1HNMR, elemental analysis and photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) The resulting supported catalyst was mainly para-substituted functionalized catalyst. The content of Ti in the metal was 1.19% (mass fraction) by ICP. The catalyst was used for the directional polymerization of styrene.
