目的研究白花檵木中的化学成分。方法采用大孔树脂、C18反相、Sephadex LH-20、硅胶等材料进行柱色谱分离、提纯,并根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从白花檵木中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为3-O-p-香豆酰奎尼酸(1)、5-O-p-香豆酰奎尼酸甲酯(2)、绿原酸甲酯(3)、没食子酸甲酯(4)、对羟基苯甲酸(5)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(6)、山奈酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)、杨梅素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(8)、槲皮素-3-O-(6’’-O-没食子酰基-β-D-葡萄糖苷)(9)、槲皮素(10)、杨梅素(11)。结论化合物1~6、9为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents in Alnus japonicus Methods The macroporous resin, C18 reversed-phase, Sephadex LH-20, silica gel and other materials were separated and purified by column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by their physical and chemical properties and spectral data. Results Eleven compounds were isolated from Alnus cremastogyne and identified as 3-Op-coumaric acid (1), methyl 5-Op-coumarate (2), methyl chlorocrylate (4), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (5), quercetin -3-O-α-L-rhamnoside (6), kaempferol-3-O-β- Glucoside (7), myricetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside (8), quercetin-3-O- (6 "-O- galloyl-β-D-glucoside) 9), quercetin (10), myricetin (11). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 6 and 9 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
