我场部分地区收购的粗锡,是由民营用土法冶炼出来的,杂质成份很多,共组成如下表所示:这种粗锡,过去我们曾用鼓风炉进行翻炼,虽经翻炉二次亦不能达到最低的质量标准原因是:鼓风炉温度在1100℃以上,几乎所有的杂质和锡都成熔融状态,又无药剂以清除杂质。我们经验的提纯工作,分二步进行,提炼工具用铁板溜槽,坡度约4~5%,以木炭火做高温床,位于槽上端。一、第一步提纯,将粗锡块置入溜槽上部的炭火中,使温度达600℃左右,这时,熔点在600℃以上
