目的了解二级综合性医院的医院感染发病率及相关因素的现状。方法采用前瞻性调查方法对上海市闸北区北站医院2004-09-2009-03的23 964例住院患者进行调查。结果医院感染总发病率4.56%,例次院感率4.72%。大于70岁的老年患者院感率占总数的80.40%。下呼吸道感染居首占54.25%。结论通过医院感染的调查,了解了二级综合性医院的医院感染发病状况,高危人群、重点科室等,以及加强院感的管理和预防的重要性。
Objective To understand the prevalence of nosocomial infections and related factors in second-level general hospitals. Methods A prospective investigation was conducted on 23 964 inpatients from 2004-09-2009-03 at North Station Hospital, Zhabei District, Shanghai. Results The total incidence of nosocomial infection was 4.56%, and the rate of nosocomial infection was 4.72%. The nosocomial sensitivities of elderly patients over 70 years of age accounted for 80.40% of the total. Lower respiratory tract infection topped 54.25%. Conclusion Through the investigation of nosocomial infection, we know the incidence of nosocomial infections, high-risk groups and key departments in the second-grade general hospitals, and the importance of strengthening the management and prevention of nosocomial infections.
